Nailesh Gandhi - Director 
Nailesh Gandhi serves as the Director for Express Global Logistics (EXG) and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. With over two and half decades of experience in the field of logistics, he has been instrumental in the success of EXG’s growth story. He has been associated with EXG since 1991 and has since spearheaded the company’s expansion into Project Logistics, Warehousing, Liquid Transportation and 3PL. Under his leadership EXG established a Pan India and international presence while expanding business with its loyal customer base.
He has actively been involved with various Logistics industry bodies and associations in an effort to move the logistics industry forward. He served as the president of the Bombay Custom House Agents’ Association (BCHAA), President of AMTOI, Trustee of JPNT and Mumbai Port Trust, and Vice Chairman of Federation of Freight Forwarders Association.
In recognition of his business leadership and outstanding contributions to the logistics industry, he was awarded the ‘Logistics Professional of the Year’ by the All India Maritime and Logistics Awards in 2018.
Keyur Gandhi - Director
Keyur Gandhi serves as the Director of Express Global Logistics and has been part of the company since 2001. He manages the Exports and Freight Forwarding divisions of EXG and also spearheads technology initiatives of the firm. Under his leadership, EXG has taken several steps forward to digitize and automate its processes for enhanced customer satisfaction.
Keyur Gandhi has completed a course specializing on the dynamics of family managed businesses at SPJIMR. Keyur has gained academic knowledge of Business Administration, and plays an active role advising various arms of the Express Group of companies. He is involved with various Logistics industry bodies and associations to move the logistics industry forward.
Prior to EXG, Keyur spent 1.6 years in a logistics firm Dawn India, handling customs and port operations for import and export of cargo.
Rahul Agrawal - Vice President - Projects
Rahul Agrawal has served as head for project logistics for more than 4 years. Rahul Agrawal has been instrumental in making EXG’s project division one of the largest in India. Under his leadership, EXG successfully opened a new Bangladesh office. He has also managed to make one of the best project logistics teams in the country which has secured and completed various projects in Power, Railways, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure.
Rahul Agrawal has been actively involved reviewing the P&L and Growth of the Project Division. He is actively working on expansion into new areas like Bangladesh, Nepal, South East, Far East & Africa. He has also been associated with the HTOA.
He had started his career with Bertling Logistics India Pvt. Ltd and later he was part of the JM Baxi Group, Bosco Logistics project division for more than 4 years. Rahul has an MBA with specialisation in marketing from Praxis Business School, Kolkata.
Jacob James - Head of IT
Jacob James serves as the Head of IT & Digital Services at Express Global Logistics. He is leading the digitization and automation efforts at the firm starting with the implementation of a new ERP system that will provide greater clarity to our customers on the status of their shipments.
Jacob has over 20+ years of experience in IT development primarily for the shipping industry where he spearheaded various digitization and process improvement initiatives. Jacob James has been involved in projects on Oracle, SAP ERP and handled large scale IT Operations.
He has completed his MBA in Finance, Certification in Data science from Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research.
Ajay Adiodi - Vice president - Imports
Ajay Adiodi serves as a Vice president of imports for EXG. with over 27 years of professional experience in Project Handling, Customer Relationship Management, Import Customs clearance & Logistics Management. He has been working with Express Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. for over 22 years Spearheading a team of 25+ personnel for overall operations involving strategic planning and handling of Key Accounts and is instrumental in handling prestigious clients.
He has been actively involved in dealing with Customs, Port Operations, DGFT correspondence, and regulatory bodies for obtaining necessary approvals, sanctions, and support. He has significant experience in handling Project Imports including 2nd Hand Plants and has also played a pivotal role in establishing Quality Management Systems for the company ensuring continual improvement through process & service excellence.
Ajay Adiodi has also been the Management Representative (MR) for the implementation of Quality Management Systems and is Instrumental in the certification of Express Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd as Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) by Indian Customs and in developing and catering to internationally known engineering turnkey contractors. He has played a pivotal role in handling some Large Projects for MNC & PSUs.
C D’souza - Deputy General Manager ( Export - Corporate)
C D’souza serves as a deputy general manager with over 48 years of experience in Project Handling, Customer Relationship Management, Export Customs clearance & Logistics Management. working with Express Global Logistics Pvt. Ltd. for over 44 years now.
He has been responsible for spearheading a team of 50+ personnel for overall operations involving strategic planning and handling of Key Accounts.
He has also been instrumental in handling prestigious clients including MNC’s and internationally known as Engineering Turnkey Contractors and providing them with support & guidance for all their export requirements & clearances.
He is also responsible for Design Proposals, conduct techno-commercial presentations, and prepare cost estimates for new business development /opportunities.
C D’ Souza has a distinction in dealing with Customs, Port, DGFT, and regulatory bodies for obtaining necessary approvals, sanctions, and support and has significant experience in handling Project exports including Complete Plants He has also played a pivotal role in Logistics operation for various project exports of clients like ABB, SIEMENS, ISGEC, Thyssen Krup, IRCON, Crompton Greaves, EMCO, THERMAX, etc.
Pranav Shah
Pranav Shah began his career with Express Global Logistics over 22 years ago and serves as the vice president of Finance and Taxation. He has vast professional experience in Finance, Audit, Accounts & Taxation in the Logistics Industry. He leads a team of 25+ personnel that covers all aspects of all finance & accounting functions of the organization. Pranav partners with the Management team to provide advice on financial implications of business activities and direction on strategic investments.
Pranav Shah has also been actively involved in the development, testing & validation of the company’s ERP systems. Pranav Shah has also played a pivotal role in establishing Quality Management Systems for the company ensuring continual improvement through process & service excellence.
Mr. Pranav Shah is a certified Chartered Accountant.
Capt. Mahamadgous S Momin - Marine & Technical Consultant
Capt. Mahamadgous S Momin serves as a chief executive officer for the EXM Project Movers. After serving on General cargo, Bulk cargo, Crude oil tankers, and commanding Chemical Tankers capt. Mahamadgous S Momin served as Master Mariner for 12 years at sea.
He has been part of onshore turnkey project logistics and forming a bridge between offshore and onshore logistics since 2009. He has also been leading the team of sales, pricing, and operations for freight forwarding, chartering, and turnkey logistics business. Capt. Mahamadgous has vast experience in handling turnkey logistics projects for power plants, refineries, fertilizer, cement, sugar industries, and heavy machinery manufacturers.
He is specialized in Over dimensions and Heavy lift movement and highly believes that innovation is the key for successful and efficient movement of ODC and OWC cargoes.
Arushi Pagare - Manager - General Freight Forwarding
Arushi Pagare serves as a Manager for General Freight Forwarding in the Express Global Logistics. Arushi Pagare has been actively involved in Leading General Freight Forwarding department on PAN India basis, who is offering customised door to door logistic solutions to local as well as global partners.
With over total 26 years of experience in freight forwarding industry and have worked in the past with local as well as reputed MNC forwarding outfits in different capacities.
She has been attaining streamlining internal as well as inter-departmental processes and has also Upskilled few team members in the department for better career growth. Arushi pagare has been the Member of Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA).
